Volume max in position after turning silent/ring switcher off

Hi. I have a trouble, please help. I am use volume of ringtone in the middle position as usual and after switching to silent mode to on position via button on the left side of iPhone and then switching to off position (usual mode) the volume of ringtone becomes automatically in high level. It is very uncomfortable. It happened after lasts firmware updates. How to adjust volume level in the same position as was before silent mode?

Hello Andrewg0504,

To isolate this a bit more, we want to rule out the ringer volume being accidentally changed with the volume buttons. Disabling "Change with Buttons" should lock the ringer and alert volume that is in Settings. Adjust the volume on iPhone.

  1. "Go to Settings .
  2. Tap Sounds & Haptics (on supported models) or Sounds (on other iPhone models).
  3. Turn off Change with Buttons."

After disabling this feature, let us know if you continue to experience unexpected changes in your ringer volume.

Regards.
