When I press on a tone under Sounds and Haptics Settings, the volume is loud enough. But actual volume is much lower for incoming phone call.

My problem is iPhone doesn’t have a test mode for testing a custom ringtone; iPhone treats it as if the ringtone is already perfect and lowers the volume. I thought the custom ringtone was the problem.
