When I receive a call, the volume of the ringtone on my cell phone (the model of my mobil Phone is Iphon XR model with iOs 18.7.2) is very low. Could you tell me what adjustments I need to make on my phone?

Check if you've set the ringtone volume to the maximum (by going to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Sliding the Ringtone Volume to the maximum)
If this issue persist after maximizing the ringtone volume, it could be that your speaker grills are blocked or broken.

If you've tried all of above and none of them work out, you should go to the Apple Service Center
