How do I keep my incoming call sound loud on iPhone 12?

Hello.

Can't find any way to fix the problem. When someone calls me the sound of default ringtone is normally loud but after ~2 sec it becomes quiet.

How can I make my ringtone sound stay loud? Looked throught setting but everything looks default.
