WindowServer crashing when using cmd+tab on MacOS Ventura

Hi,

I'm running MacOS Ventura 13.0.1 on my MBP 16" 2019 (2,4GHz Core i9 with AMD Radeon Pro 5300M).

It's already the 3rd time I face the following issue since I upgraded to Ventura. It never occurred before.

Without any warning, my laptop crashes (actually, it is reporting that "WindowServer" has crashed) when I'm using the Cmd+Tab key combinaison to switch from one application to another. It looks random because I'm doing this hundreds of times a day.

When the issue occurred, I think that I was using an application in full-screen mode. Also, I have a second screen plugged in HDMI via a USB-C hub.

Basically, what I can see is my two screens showing multiple color on the whole screen (on both screens) for a second or two ( the typical display for a graphical stack issue), then MacOS shows me a login screen and I suspect several layers of the OS have been restarted because I have to type my password and can't use TouchID. Then all the applications that were opened before the crash are reopened. It's fast so I suspect that they were already in memory but stopped, i.e. Music App stopped the music, my VPN is disconnected...

Has anyone already faced a similar issue?

Thanks

Jonathan
