i want to know where we can downlaod the security updates for Big Sur and latest OS which can push via JAMF for all MAC.

AFAIK - Apple Stopped offering Standalone Security Update since macOS 10.15 Catalina.
Not fluent in JAMF or MDM services.
The only way I know of getting the Security Updates outside of the Apple Software Update Applet is to download the Full Version of the lasts Big Sir 11.7.1 via Terminal command below.
How that could be Pushed via the JAMF - is outside of my knowledge base sorry to say.
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 11.7.1
