Apple Contacts and CRM Sync Automation

I need to be able to enter a contact one time and have it sync to multiple apps. The specific need at the moment is to be able to add a contact card to apple (iPhone or Macbook Air) and have all the info automatically be added to my CRM software (KW Command is the CRM). If need be, entering to CRM and having it sync to apple automatically is fine. Again, the goal is one time entry. Anyone have insight?
