Search baron assist with which files to delete

Posting about a similar problem i've has as others with malware related to search baron or something of its kind, have the screenshots here as guided through but just want to be sure what im deleting. Anything helps as I need this computer for work and really would love to resolve it ASAP. Thanks so much
