older peripherals, keyboard, mouse, monitor won't work on the newest mac mini?
They should work fine. If they were USB peripherals they can plug in to one of the 2 regular USB ports on the new Mac Mini or into one of the 2 USB-4 ports using an adapter.
What type of keyboard and mouse are they?
If wired, how are you plugging them in exactly?
Are they USB?
If Bluetooth, did you unpair them with the old computer, and pair them with the Mac Mini?
Its hard to offer assistance without any details or context?
I know they should work , they worked on the old Mac mini ,I replace the monitor with a new one and even restarted twice but the keyboard and the mouse do thing?
They are windows style but did work with the old Mac mini
