HDCP Multiple screen playback

Does anyone know how to make HDCP content (Netflix/Amazon videos) play on an additional screen on a MacBook Pro? I am currently using a Display Manager, and it played all the content until recently.

everything I’ve read so far suggests it can’t be done - but does anyone know of a screen splitter which will work or another workaround to play Netflix on an additional screen?

HDMI Connection to External Monitor I purchased a third party HDMI USB-C adapter to connect an external monitor to my MacBook Air. It's plugged in and you can see the background graphic on what would be the home screen on my mac but you cannot see any of the windows that I have open on my mac. I have tried all of the Display setting options with no success. It will not scan for new displays. The only way the external monitor mirrors what is on my mac screen is if I Airplay my mac to my smart TV but then my family cannot use the TV.

MacBook Air M1: External display only streams 1080p instead of 4K When no external display is connected, 4K movies play just fine on my MacBook Air M1 using the Apple TV app. However, when I connect an external (non-HDR) 4K display via USB-C, the TV app downgrades the 4K stream to just 1080p (which is pretty obvious on the 4K display). Is this an intended limitation or a potential issue with my setup?
