Huawei Mateview

Hey all, I recently purchased Mac mini and decided to use it on my Huawei MateView 4k monitor. My question is how can you control the brightness on it ?

if the monitor does not have buttons on the front to adjust it then have you read

Hey man. Thanks for the reply.

So the monitor has a slider that controls the brightness. i don’t know whether it’s huawei and Apple set to work together , but I cannot control brightness and volume (internal monitor speakers) with Mac keyboard.

is that the case for all external monitors?
