My app button disappeared

The App Store app cannot be deleted. Double Check in the App Library on your iPhone.

The App Library is the last Home Screen on your iPhone when you continue to SWIPE LEFT until you reach it. Once you are in the App Library, then you can search and find the app in question. Once found, then you can DRAG that app out of there and place it on your favorite spot of the Home Screen.

That is probably accidentally removed from the Home Screen, however, it may still exist in the App Library.
