Memoji exists, but cannot use or edit it anywhere

Thank you for trying those steps. You'll want to also confirm that iCloud Drive is enabled on your devices in order to sync your Memoji and allow it's use across devices.

1. On your Mac, you can go to the Apple menu (  ) > System Settings
2. Select iCloud and sign in with your Apple ID if needed

Turn on iCloud Drive

1. Did you create this Memoji on this Mac or another Apple device?
2. Were there any changes made to your Mac since creating the Memoji, like an update, etc.?
3. If you create a new one, does the same thing occur?

We'd also like to have you test for the Memoji issue while booted to safe mode. This will help further narrow down what might be going on.
