How to lock stolen laptop w/o Find my app

Hi, my MacBook Pro 16-inch was stolen and I didn’t registered it in Find my App. I have a serial number though. How can I lock my stolen MacBook?

Hi, my mac was stolen how can I ensure the next buyer knows it is a stolen mac with the serial number? Hi, unfortunately I was scammed with fake money in attempt to sell my macbook pro for cash.
