Charging problems

Whenever I’m charging my phone. The phone keeps vibrating (when the charger is connected the phone vibrates) and the thunderbolt sign on the battery keeps fluctuating. What do I do someone please help.

Hello,

Check the charging port for lint or other debris (use a bright light and a toothpick) and see this:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t charge

Contact apple support and aak them to do a daigonostic test on your device to check for any hardware issue.

the port is clean and ive tried everything plug point. Same problem. But other devices it charges without any problems.
