My iPhone 13 charging but my old charger stop working so I get a iPhone fast charger and box it wall socket work fine when I had my last charger but the socket not charging my phone the phone keeps vibrating and the charging shows and blinks on & off

If you are sure it is not the cable, then I suggest you take back the charger to where you bought it and see if it works or can be exchanged.
You may also want to try cleaning the port on the iPhone with a soft brush to remove any debris.
