I found my computer after I lost it. I don’t remember the code I used. And in find my it isn’t letting me unlock it

I understand you locked your Mac with a passcode. Now that you recovered it you would like to unlock it, but you don't remember that passcode.
Mark a device as lost in Find My on Mac - Apple Support says "If you forget your device passcode, you can recover it using Find My iPhone on iCloud.com. See Use Lost Mode in Find My iPhone in the iCloud User Guide."
Recover the passcode and unlock your Mac in that User Guide describes what to do. Follow those three steps.

if it's a forgotten admin password, you can follow the steps in If you forgot your Mac login password - Apple Support
but if it's a forgotten firmware password, then you will need to have a proof of purchase, such as the original bill of sale, and bring the Mac to an Apple Store and have them remove the password. without that proof of purchase, you will be stuck.
