How can I reopen a closed Safari window?
According to other posts there is a button called reopen closed window in the all windows section in Safari, but as of iPadOS 16 it's gone, how can I achieve that in version 16?

You are looking in precisely that right area - however, the opportunity to reopen a closed window is relatively short. If you don’t see the Reopen Closed Window button, you are likely too late.
I have just opened - and closed - a new Safari Window under iPadOS 16.1.1. As you can see, it definitely works…
