Thank you! I used both replies to work my way through the entire process. The problem was that I apparently had never completed the initial setup (linking phone to plan), and the payment method (credit card) had expired, and so I was unable to view the plan on my phone. Resolved both issues and then found the plan was listed with further available actions, including option to cancel.
