Displays constantly rearrange

Hello Community,

I've had a reoccurring issue with my monitors constantly rearranging itself after either a restart or when I wake from sleep.

I'm constantly having to arrange my monitors and it's getting annoying.

What can I do to stop this from happening?

Details:

Monitor 1 is connected via HDMI

Monitor 2 is connected via the USB-C port

Both monitors are curved Samsung C24F390 (23.5 Inch 1920 x 1080)

Running Mac Mini M1 2020, 16 GB Memory, 1TB Storage, MacOS Ventura V13.0.1

I always have to go to System Settings --> Displays --> Arrange --> and update accordingly

Someone Please help me.
