The artwork which is included with an album download is provided by the music provider. The one thing you do have control over is if you want to change the album artwork to something else. That information was included in the page we shared earlier. Here it is again:

We see the slight difference you are referring to in the photos. You may want to check the artwork settings.
You can view this by following the steps below.
To retrieve album artwork from the iTunes Store for your entire library, choose File > Library > Get Album Artwork.

If the app on my computer shows me that the cover looks like this, can I be sure that after I buy the album, the cover of the purchased files will look exactly the same?

Can you please tell me if it is possible that the same release provided by the same distributor may have an album cover replaced with a more modern (updated) version over time?
As an example... I bought the "Paramore (Deluxe Edition)" album some years ago. When I bought it, it was cover 1, and about a week ago, I discovered that the cover had changed. It became 2. Neither the distributor, nor the year of issue, nor actually the set of songs had been changed.
PS: I don't want to change the covers myself (I know how to do it), I'm wondering why it happens automatically in store over time.
