Change date/time display in upper right corner?

I have a feeling this is no longer possible but I really need to change how the date and time are displayed in the upper right corner of my screen. That used to be editable but I can't find that function. I'd like to add day-of-the-week in particular. Thanks in advance

go into System Settings > Control Center. and then in the right hand panel, scroll down to the "Menu Bar Only" section. and choose "Clock > Clock Options"


and then set your desired options accordingly.
