if i bought a iphone it has an activation lock i dont know the info or anyway to get in touch with said person how do i get in the iphone
You will have to somehow find a way to contact the owner of the Apple ID and get them to remove the lock from your iPhone. There is no other way to get into your iPhone unless the activation lock is removed.
