USB replacement
Can I just buy the little usb that plugs into the computer for wireless key board and mouse . I seem to have lost mine when I took in for repairs

There is no ‘little usb plug’ for Apple wireless keyboards and mice. Apple wireless keyboards and mice use Bluetooth.
You will only have a USB receiver if you have a 3rd party keyboard/mouse, in which case you will need to contact the manufacturer about a replacement.
