iPhone Stuck in Ear-Speaker Mode

My iPhone is stuck in "ear-speaker" mode. All of the audio is coming from the ear speaker only. I can switch to bluetooth or headphones just fine. But when switching back to the speakers, the phone is only outputting audio through the ear speaker. I've tried re-setting the entire phone as well with no luck.
