Apple Carplay and Porsche Issues

Have you checked to see if your head unit has an update? Checked with the service dept for your nearest dealership to see if there is a problem with your head unit that needs to be addressed ? Could be a failure in the head unit that requires a repair, a firmware issue with it…etc. You might also get quicker response from others that may have experienced what you’re seeing on a user forum specifically for your car. And of course you can contact Apple Supprt directly to troubleshoot but you may be advised to contact Porsche if nothing specific to your device or an issue with iOS (your car having an issue with iOS doesn’t necessarily mean it’s an Apple problem to address. As mentioned it may be something Porsche needs to address if their equipment isn’t functioning correctly with the iOS). One last suggestion…you didn’t mention if it’s wireless CarPlay or wired…if wired try a different cable to see if the issue persists. Also check to be sure the usb port is functioning as intended.
