Find My not updating like it did a few days ago

My wife and I have iPhone 6 plus phones and the Find My function was working like it should, updating as she drives home from work. For some reason, yesterday it started showing a location (work) from 11:30am and despite the fact she was driving home, it never updated. Even when she got home, it showed her at work, at 11:30am, when in fact I had her phone in my hand. Today, her current location shows as work at 6:23am and nothing seems to allow it to update.

Did she turn something on or off without knowing it?

Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
