why I can't click or remove get help during an emergency?

You can start clicking there, then go through the explanation pages and check out the demo. I believe the notification badge will disappear after that.

I don't know what the problem could be. I just clicked on the line and read through the information, and the badge disappeared. Try just power cycling the phone and see if that makes it go away.

There isn't anything wrong that needs to be fixed. This is a safety thing for use when you do not have cellular service. Read the links in my earlier post. It will explain the feature.

I read the links. My other family members don’t have this “stuck” badge after their iOS update so why do I and there’s at least one more thread for this same problem. I’m glad your update worked for you but it didn’t work for everyone unfortunately

Yes, four of us got 14’s at the same time. Mine’s the only one with this problem that seems to maybe not have completed the iOS update 🤷‍♀️ I’ll just take this phone to the Apple Store and let them figure it out. I was hoping a reset wouldn’t need to be done but what the Genius Bar recommends is what I’ll do. Thank You for trying to help

I did the demo…twice… and the badge hasn’t disappeared and still isn’t accessible. Any other suggestions?

I’ve been powering down and doesn’t help. Hopefully the next iOS update fixes it

This is only available on the iPhone 14 lineup. Do all your family members have an iPhone 14?
