Ringtone and notification tone, not the same volume

My ringtone on my iPhone 14 Pro Max seems to be louder than the notification or text notifications. To test this I chose the same sound for for my ringtone and text tone. When I tried, both the ringtone is definitely louder than the exact same tone under text notifications. I don’t know why this is when I change the text volume to where I want it. The ringtone is too loud. does anyone have any suggestions how I can adjust this to my knowledge the volume slider is the same for ringer and alerts but yet the volumes when choosing the same sound are in fact different. Thank you.

To get started, let's check to see if Attention Aware Features is enabled for you device in Settings > Accessibility > Face ID & Attention > Attention Aware Features, or in Settings > Face ID & Passcode. We're providing both paths here, just in case you're unable to access one due to any restrictions on the device. Since this feature only affects some alerts, it could contribute to what you're experiencing.
