What happened if I received damage product from Apple store.
Why the India store has a no exchange or refund policy is not something anyone but Apple itself can explain. But in India you still have a warranty (Legal - iOS Warranty EMEA English - Apple)
So if your device arrives with issues or damage they’d be dealt with under warranty.

Apple doesn't have a specific support community for India:
