I have reset the phone to factory settings and removed the sim card, but it still shows her name in Settings. I'm going to sell it and don't want any info on it.
Also, how do I delete the hundreds of photos on this phone only? Everything has been backed up and now available on her new phone.

You say that you have reset the phone to factory settings. You have to erase the phone to do that.
If you erased the phone, there will not be any personal data or photos on the phone.
