"info" command missing in Ventura?
Is the info command missing for anyone else after upgrading to Ventura? I can't remember if it was located in /bin/info or /usr/bin/info, but it's the interactive man page reader, essentially.

Yes. Some of the really old man-page infrastructure like info and groff are no longer in Ventura.

From the terminal.app you can read the man pages...followed by your request:
man
or if in doubt
man -k topic

Command i opens the information pane on your mac just about anywhere if you select a file/folder
Spotlight search may present what you are after:
