I am trying to transfer all of my iCloud photos to a hard drive and I can't figure out how to do so.

How can I transfer all my photos from iCloud because my storage is full.

From a PC/Mac, open a web browser and navigate to icloud.com. Login with your Apple ID.

Go into the Photos section. Make sure the Library is selected and then select one of the photos/videos. Now on your keyboard press Command + A (for Mac) or Ctrl + A (for Windows). This will perform a 'Select All'.

Top right you will notice some buttons/icons are now available, one of which is 'Download'. When you click this, it will collate all your items into a zip archive, which will download to your computer.

You can then extract the contents of that zip wherever you like.
