Safety of magnet on iPhone 11 back

the iphone 11 is already magnetic -- It sticks to a magnetic mount without anything added -- is this safe?

It can interfere with camera operation but shouldn't cause any permanent damage.

Sorry, my question was not specific. Thanks for the reply about medical devices, but my concern is about protecting my iPhone. If I hang my iPhone 11 on a magnet, will the external magnetic field hurt my iPhone?
