Blue exclamation point - Target App

I keep getting this blue exclamation mark with Apple Pay on targets app for my discover card. I use Apple Pay at target every time I check out. I can’t find anything online even remotely helpful to remedy this problem. I’ve restarted my iPhone, I’ve removed and re added my billing address in Wallet and Apple Pay. Please help!!!! See screenshot. I’ve circled the issue in yellow highlighted pen.
