Thanks, But does the feature not send a wave to the heart or another to measure it so it is dangerous if used under 22?
Because in apple website I read: “An electrocardiogram (also called an ECG or EKG) is a test that records the timing and strength of the electrical signals that ***make the heart beat***.”
It is a passive electrical monitor; what is known as a cardiac monitor. It records the existing bioelectric signals inherently arising from the activities of the cardiac conduction system, recording the voltages thar traverse along the surface of the heart as part of the coordination of the heart’s normal beating.
It is not a cardiac pacer, nor a cardiac defibrillator. Unlike those devices, it does not create and does not generate an electrical current within the body, and does not alter cardiac activity. Again, it is a passive monitor of these existing bioelectrical signals.

If you suspect or have cardiac issues regardless of your age, consult with your primary care physician or cardiologist.
