Iphone screen is black with time stuck on it

My iphone screen is black with a notification and the time it got stuck on. It's been unresponsive for almost an hour and force restarts won't work. Nothing's working at all.

Then the screen went black again, and hasn't come on since.

Black iPhone screen my screen is completely black, wont turn on. I charged it last night and I can hear notifications/vibrations coming through. I have tried holding the power button, power and volume button, nothing it working.

This has happened to me as well and I have no clue how to fix my phone. Here is a photo of what is showing on my screen. Nothing is working and everything is completely frozen. Can anybody help?
