My iPhone XR Cannot Connect to App Store
When I try to launch the App Store from my iPhone XR, I get the error "Cannot Connect to App Store". I'm unable to access any new Apps.

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
Try again, see also -> If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.

Thank you for the suggestions. I’ve just gone to the iStore and the issue was quickly resolved. Access restriction was caused by the VPN installed in my phone.
