My iPhone 14

This iPhone 14 does not have a SIM card. Instead uses an eSIM provided by the carrier, MOVISTAR in Chile. I don't know how or why my iPhone is locked and asks for PUK code that I don't have, nor was given by my carrier. Can you help me?
