Is it possible to change the colour of the text in a cell if the value in it is above a certain value? i.e. "IF" A1 is >20 then red as opposed to default black.
Is it possible to change the colour of the text in a cell if the value in a different cell is above a certain value? i.e. "IF" A1 is >20 then C2 is red.

that would be done with Conditional Highlighting
There are some helpful videos on YouTube, search for "apple numbers conditional highlighting"

It is easy to change the format based on the content of the cell itself.
Unfortunately it get complicated if you want to reference other cells.
