Possible solution to Finder is slow showing new files

I recently encounter a problem with my mac on High Sierra, where newly created files like screenshots or downloaded files from browser or files dragged to the desktop take waaaay to long to appear. There are quite a few questions going around here, but the discussions are closed and locked due to time (desp. one Q is from late 2021) .... Long term short, i´ve found a solution (at least in my case) and maybe this works for someone else.

I recently installed a ZIP program wich has an finder extension.

I just disabled this extension in my System Settings > Extensions > Finder ..... et voila!

The finder is instantly that fast as before.....
