I am experiencing a 3-5 second delay in both hearing the other party I’m speaking to as well as them hearing me when I make a call on the phone. This happens whether I’m using blue tooth in the car or just talking into the phone normally. Help?!?!?!
This sounds like a cellular issue, have you tried to do a FaceTime call over Wi-Fi to see if the same occurs ?
If that works, try another FaceTime call over cellular and see what the result is.
This should help determine if it’s a network issue or a iPhone issue.

I have tried this using FaceTime both Wi-Fi and cellular data. FaceTime is worse than a phone call.
