iphone 13 pro esim is not added

hi, would like to add esim on the phone, but there is no such place on the phone. Please help me

ios version 16.1.1

Hey mahir197,

eSIM has to be supported by your wireless carrier. If you're not sure, review this link: Find wireless carriers and worldwide service providers that offer eSIM service. If you're wireless carrier isn't listed, contact your carrier to confirm.

However, you should still see "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan" in Settings > Cellular, or Settings > General > About.

If not, you'll need to contact Apple Support, so they can look into why there is no eSIM option.

If your location is not listed, you can contact a nearby country.
