Final Cut Pro not saving custom keyboard shortcuts

I already tried creating a new project, a new custom keyboard set, and trashing preferences, and I still can't fix this issue. Final Cut Pro is not saving my custom keyboard shortcuts when I close the program. For the ⌘ left arrow I wish to assign "Select Previous Clip". But every time I reopen Final Cut Pro , that shortcut gets replaced by "Go to Previous Subframe":

Hi Luis, sorry about that. Not sure why that was on. But even after turning off Command and Shift the problem persists. Tom, yes in the default keyboard mapping, Command left arrow does indeed select the previous clip. But I'm not able to assign that command in my custom command keyboard map. I mean I can do that as long as Final Cut Pro remains open. But as soon as I close and reopen the program, pressing command left arrow seems to default to "Go To Previous Subframe" . No matter what I do, Final Cut Pro keeps wanting to assign "Go To Previous Subframe" to the command left arrow key. It keeps doing that every time I close and reopen Final Cut Pro.
