A green thing in the charging port iPhone X and I cleaned it many many times and a cleaned the charging port too and I can’t find any solution , No water spilled on the iPhone and I can’t go to any Apple Store becouse it’s too far of me
Looks like the charger has oxidized, which can happen if you live in a high humidity area. Do you live in a high humidity location? You might what to replace the cable with a new one. Cables just don't last forever.

An 'authorized Apple reseller' may (or not) be able to afford goodwill of extending
you some comfort, should they choose to exchange a failed cable. However that
idea would have to be out their generosity. OR, it may be due to some aspect of a
regional interpretation of Apple Product warranty.
