App I didn‘t download appears in my screen time

There is an app called „mymail: web de e-mail box app“ I've never downloaded appearing on my iphone restrict list under screen time. Visiting the app store confirms I've never downloaded it. The app only appears on that list and is not visible anywhere else on my phone, so I cannot delete it. It's not showing as a purchase.

I also checked and it seems like it started on 3.11.22 with 19 min of screentime and then went straight to even almost 3 hours of screentime a day (see screenshot attached).

Why is it happening? I‘m worried that it‘s somehow collecting my data.

Someone installed mymail: web de e-mail box app on your iPhone.


Try to use App Library to search the app you are looking for, see this Apple article:

Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone

Organize the Home Screen and App Library on your iPhone - Apple Support           

  • If you have find the app, tap & hold on the app, then drag to the Home screen & drop it.


Then try to delete the app.
