B. Restart your Router:

Utility work may have occurred down the street, and it went down for a few. So, power off your router for 30 seconds and then power it back on.

C. Use a Computer for iCloud Updates:

Another thought would be to use a computer to perform this, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.
