Hello Hamzashaikh1676,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

We want to help you store these large files in iCloud.

You could use iCloud Drive for a file that is under 50 GB, explained here:

"You can store files* in iCloud Drive as long as they're 50GB or less in size and you don't exceed your iCloud storage limit. If you need more iCloud storage, you can upgrade to iCloud+. With iCloud+, you can also share iCloud storage with your family, without sharing your files. Learn more about prices in your region."

If you're an error that the limit is 10 GB, then there isn't a way to bypass that limit.

We hope this helps you use iCloud Drive to store your large files in iCloud.

Cheers!
