Hi everyone! I tried to associate the file .dcm with Horos.app, marked Always Open With on the appropriate box, but Adobe Photoshop continues to be the default app. I'm running a MacStudio M1 Max Ventura 13.0.1. Is this a bug?

To elaborate on what Barney said: if you want all files with that extension to open with Horos.app, do in the Finder:
a) select one such file
b) press command-I to open the Info window
c) select the application you want
d) click "Change All..."

Do you mean you clicked "Change all…" after picking Horos in the popup menu?
If you Get Info on another, which App is shown as default to open it?
Not that it should matter, but have you restarted?
