Restore iphone 7 plus

I've been trying to restore a iphone 7 plus using itunes and 3uc but it's not happening. I keep getting 4014 and 4013 errors and "iphone entered wrong mode" msgs during a flash, usually around the kernal cache flash. and all apple support can do is link me to a trouble shooting page that tells me to contact apple support?!? I've tried different USB ports and cables, different computers, uninstalling and reinstalling itunes, updating drivers all that, but nothing. Just curious if anyone might of had a similar issue and found a solution? Thanks.
